Online Consultation

The Netviewer one2one tool is requierd to run the online consultation.
( Unfortunately this software presently only runs under the Windows system.)

Please download the "NV_020_Teilnehmer_DE.exe" and execute the file. If there is no error message, calls us under 040 -5000 6000 in order to receive a conference number to run the online consultation. Otherwise call us so we can solve any technical problem that might occur.

In case you are using a Cisco agent, which pops up on running the netviewer.exe, press the button in the middle of the upper right corner and confirm the access.
